入境者均需14天檢疫及配合採檢 防疫旅宿1人1室規定： 同日入境之家屬/同住者可選擇同住(依民眾意願並配合防疫旅宿房型) 單人房型建議不超過2位成人同住為原則 防疫旅宿同住者，返家後可同住1室 【春節檢疫C方案：7+7+7】： 請先拍照上傳「疫苗接種證明」 請按我 請先拍照上傳「疫苗接種證明」，再進行線上健康申報 入境時須持完整COVID-19疫苗接種證明且滿14天 前7天自費住集檢所/防疫旅宿+後7天返家在家檢疫(加強版)+7天自主健康管理 1人1戶：同戶內沒有非居家檢疫對象，後7天返家在家檢疫，以1人1戶為原則。

同戶內同住家人均已完整COVID-19疫苗接種且滿14天，可同戶內1人1室，同戶內同住家人(非居檢者)須配合： 同住期間加強自主健康管理7天，入境者檢疫期滿後一起自主健康管理7天，由衛生局開立自主健康管理通知書。

需於入境者返家的第3、7天各自費家用快篩1次。

【春節檢疫B方案：10+4+7】： 前10天防疫旅宿+後4天返家在家檢疫(加強版)+7天自主健康管理 後4天返家在家檢疫，以1人1戶為原則 同戶內同住家人均已完整COVID-19疫苗接種且滿14天，可同戶內1人1室。

【春節檢疫A方案：14+0+7】：14天入住防疫旅宿+7天自主健康管理 入境後，不得再更改檢疫方案。

自2021年12月14日起(含當日)之入境者，若檢疫期間違反居家檢疫規定，將加重裁處，另入境者所提供之疫苗接種證明及填報資料，倘有造假或不實，除依傳染病防治法第58條規定，裁處最高新臺幣15萬元罰鍰外，並涉及偽造文書刑責。

自重點高風險國家（南非、波札那、納米比亞、賴索托、史瓦帝尼、辛巴威、馬拉威、莫三比克、埃及、奈及利亞）入境旅客， 須入住【集中檢疫所】，入住時及檢疫期滿PCR檢測。

其他旅客須入住【防疫旅宿或自費入住集中檢疫所】，抵臺時及檢疫期滿前PCR檢測。

為進行社區電子追蹤關懷，請入境旅客配合使用我國電信業者門號及以個人手機(1人1機)進行申報，限特殊狀況(如：12歲以下孩童)且居家檢疫地點相同者，得共用手機申報。

自臺灣本島入境者，檢疫地點不得為離島；自離島入境者，居家檢疫地點為離島。

依中華民國臺灣政府規定，入境或轉機旅客搭機前須檢附2日內COVID-19核酸檢驗報告，未依規定者，將依法裁處新臺幣1-15萬元罰鍰。

Passengersenteringfromkeyhigh-riskcountries(SouthAfrica,Botswana,Namibia,Lesotho,Eswatini,Zimbabwe,Malawi,Mozambique,Egypt,Nigeria)muststayatgroupquarantinefacilitiesandundergoPCRtestinguponcheck-inandpriortotheendofquarantineperiod.Theotherpassengersarerequiredtostayin[quarantinehotelsorstayatgroupquarantinefacilitiesattheirownexpense],andPCRtestingshallbeconductedwhenyouenterthecountryandbeforetheendofthequarantineperiod. Inordertoconductelectronictrackingforcommunityconcern,inboundpassengerspleaseactinconcertwithusingourcountry'stelecomnumber(SIMcardcanbeboughtinairportafterarriving)andpersonalcellphone(1cellperperson)fordeclaration.Nevertheless,specialoccasions,including,butnotlimitedtochildrenunder12yearsoldalsohavingthesamehomequarantinelocation,ispermittedtosharethesamecellphonefordeclaration. ForthoseenteringfromthemainislandofTaiwan,thequarantinelocationshallnotbeanoutlyingisland;forthoseenteringfromanoutlyingisland,thehomequarantinelocationshallbeanoutlyingisland. AccordingtotheregulationsoftheTaiwangovernmentoftheRepublicofChina,alltravelersarrivingatanairportinTaiwanortransitpassengersmustpresentaCOVID-19RT-PCRtestreportwithin2daysbeforeboarding.ThosewhofailtocomplywiththeregulationswillbefinedNT$10,000to150,000.
