採集總人數為59人,女性43人,男性16人。

女性依自然月經週期分兩組:經期後第10-20天為A組(16人),是動情激素高峰時期;第0-9天及21-30天為B組(27人),是動情激素低量期。

A組穀胱甘肽的含量(4.4±2.3μg/mg)較B組(3.2±1.8μg/mg)為顯著高(P<0.05)。

而且A組過氧化氫酶的活性(210±72IU/mg)也較B組(168±62IU/mg)為顯著高(P<0.05)。

同時動情激素變化A組(184±106pg/mL)也是較B組(105±56pg/mL)為顯著高(P<0.01)。

若依動情激素平均值(134pg/mL)為界線分兩組,平均值以上為C組(13人),平均值以下為D組(29人)。

穀胱甘肽含量C組(4.0±1.6μg/mg)與D組(3.5±2.2μg/mg)無顯著差異。

然而過氧化氫酶的活性C組(217±78IU/mg)較D組(167±60IU/mg)為顯著高(P<0.05)。

另外男性與女性各組並無顯著差異。

因此,我們推論紅血球內抗氧化物質穀胱甘肽及過氧化氫酶含量與動情激素表現量有關。

Thepurposeofthisstudyistoinvestigatethecorrelationbetweenestrogenandantioxidantssuchas(GlutathioneGSH,catalase)intheerythrocytes.Thetotalnumberpopulationofthisstudywasconsistantedof59healthypersons(43femaleand16male).Thefemalegroupwasdividedinto2groupsaccordingmenstrualcycle:groupAconsistedof16female(10-20daysaftermenstrualcycle)isinthestageofhigherestrogenlevel;groupBconsistedof27females(1-9and21-30daysaftermenstrualcycle)isinthelowerestrogenlevel.TheresultsshowedthattheglutathioneGSHlevelingroupA(4.4±2.3μg/mg)wassignificantlyhigherthanthatingroupB(3.2±1.8μg/mg)(P<0.05).howeverthecatalaselevelingroupA(210±72IU/mg)wasalsosignificantlyhigherthanthatingroupB(168±62IU/mg)(P<0.05).TheestrogenlevelingroupA(184±106pg/mL)ishigherthanthatingroupB(105±56pg/mL)(P<0.01).Accordingtotheaverageestrogen134pg/mLthehigherestrogenlevelgroupC(n=13)andlowerestrogenlevelgroupD(n=29).Thesamplesweredividedistotwogroups.ThereisnodifferenceofGlutathionelevelbetweengroupC(4.0±1.6μg/mg)andgroupD(3.5±2.2μg/mg).HoweverthereissignificantdifferenceofcatalaselevelbetweengroupC(217±78IU/mg)andgroupD(167±60IU/mg)(P<0.05).Nodifferenceofantioxidantswasobservedinbetweenmaleandfemale.Thuswesuggestedthattheexpressionofantioxidants(Glutathioneandcatalase)inerythrocyteiscorrelatedwiththelevelofestrogen.
