totheotherpartyofitsintentionnottorenewatleastninety(90)daysbeforetheendofaserviceterm,thetermofsuchServiceOrderwillautomaticallyrenewforsuccessivetwelve(12)monthperiods.TerminationofoneServiceOrderwillnotaffectthetermofanyotherServiceOrder.QualityServiceStandardsPriceServicesandtheFundmayfromtimetotimeagreetocertainqualityservicestandards,aswellasincentivesandpenaltieswithrespecttoPriceServices’Serviceshereunder.
