Management:allowsplayerstoacquiregoodsandmoney,andtobuildnewDepartments.EachCompanybeginsthegamewithtwoManagementDepartments. Construction:allowsplayerstobuildprojectsdevelopedbytheirR&DDepartments. Research&Development(“R&D”)allowsplayerstodesignnewprojectsanddeveloptheirtransportnetworks. Atthebeginningofthegame,eachCompanyhas1Lobbyand5Departments.Duringthegame,playerswillbeabletoexpandtheirCompaniesbybuildingnewDepartments.EachDepartmentmayhold1-3employees;thisisrepresentedbythenumberofemployeespacesillustratedonthatDepartment.ADepartmentcannotbeusedunlessitcontainsatleastoneactiveemployee.ADepartmentmaybeusedonceforeachactiveemployeethatitcontains. RecruitingEmployees Employeescanbeeitheractive(standing)orinactive(lyingdown). WhenanemployeefirstentersaCompanyboard,italwaysdoessolyingdown.Whenaninactive(laiddown)employeemoves,itremainsinactive.Ifanactive(standing)employeeismoved,itmustbelaiddown.ADepartmentmayholdanynumberofinactiveemployees. Employeeactivationsalwayshappenattheendofaplayer’sturn.
