Itdoesnotspecifythesafetyfunctionsorperformancelevelsthataretobeusedinaparticularcase. ThispartofISO13849providesspecificrequirementsforSRP/CSusingprogrammableelectronicsystem(s). ItdoesnotgivespecificrequirementsforthedesignofproductswhicharepartsofSRP/CS.Nevertheless,theprinciplesgiven,suchascategoriesorperformancelevels,canbeused.
