勝利點數的獲得方式如下： ⊙建造的建築物本身所提供的勝利點數。

⊙在運貨階段所獲得的勝利點數。

⊙遊戲最後結算時，佔領大型建築物，滿足上頭的特定條件，亦能帶來勝利點數。

當勝利點數一樣多時，擁有最多金幣和貨物的玩家獲勝。

Rulessummary Thegameisplayedoverseveralrounds. Atthestartofaround,thegovernorselectsarole,theneachplayerinturnselectsarole. Attheendoftheround,thegovernortokenmovestothenextplayer. 遊戲會進行數個回合，每回合開始時，由擔任總督的玩家優先選取一個職業，接著再讓其他玩家依序選擇職業。

該回合結束時，總督輪給下一位玩家擔任。

Whenarolehasbeenchosen,eachplayerinturnplaystheactionforthisrole.Onlytheplayerwhoselectedtherolecanusetheroleprivilege. 當某個職業被選擇時，所有玩家皆能依序執行該職業的行動，但只有一開始選擇此職業的人能夠享有該職業的特權。

Availablerolesarethefollowing: 可供選擇的職業如下： Mayor:colonistssetfootinthenewworld !Privilege :themayorcangetonemorecolonistfromthesupply.Action :inturn,beginingwiththemayor,playersgetonecolonistfromtheship,untilitisempty.Thenplayershavetosetcolonistsontheirbuildingsandplantations. 市長：使勞苦的工人到達這個新世界！（特權：從供應區額外取得一個工人。

） 行動：從市長開始，玩家在移民船上依序拿取一個工人，直到工人全被拿完。

接著玩家必須把工人放在他們的建築物和農田上頭。

Craftsman:goodsareproduced.Privilege :thecraftsmancanproduceonemoregoodofhischoice.Action :producegoodsforyouroccupiedbuildingsandplantations. 工匠：生產貨物。

（特權：可以多生產一個貨物，種類由自己能夠產出的貨物中來選取。

） 行動：從佔領的建築物和農田生產貨物。

必須要一個農田配上同樣類型的一個工廠才能產出貨物,而且都必須有人, 玉米田則不需要配工廠。

Trader:goodsaresoldtothetradinghouse.Privilege :thetraderearns1extradoubloonifhesells.Action :sellonegoodthetradinghousedoesn'thaveyet. 商人：將貨物賣到商店。

（特權：商人賣貨時，可額外多獲得一枚金幣。

） 行動：賣出一個貨物到商店,商店內或物種類不可重複, 若商店欄位擺滿則清空商店,並直接結束所有交易。

Settler :plantationssettlement.Privilege :thesettlercangetaquarryinsteadofaplantation.Action :getaplantationchosenamongthoseavailable. 墾荒者：開墾農田。

（特權：墾荒者可以選擇不要拿農田，改拿一座礦場。

） 行動：選擇一塊農田。

Builder :buildingsareboughtandbuilt.Privilege :thebuildercangetabuildingfor1doubloonlessthantheregularprice.Action :getabuildingchosenamongthoseavailable. 建築師：付錢興建建築物。

（特權：建築師蓋建築物時，可以少付一枚金幣。

） 行動：選擇建築物並興建。

Captain :victorypointsarewonbyshippinggoodstotheoldworld.Privilege :thecaptainearnsoneextravictorypointsifheshipssomegoods.Action :selectatypeofgoodtoloadonacargoship;1victorypointisearnedforeachbarrelofthistypeofgoodloadedontheship. 船長：將貨物運到舊世界去可以獲得勝利點數。

（特權：船長運貨時可以額外獲得一點勝利點數。

） 行動：選擇一艘船，將同種類的貨物放上去，每放一個貨物可得一點勝利點數。

Prospector :goldrushbringsmoney !Privilege :theprospectorgetsonedoubloonfromthebank.Action :none. 礦工：淘金賺錢。

（特權：礦工可以從銀行取得一枚金幣。

） 行動：無。

Pleasealsonotethatoccupiedvioletbuildingshavemodifiereffectsforroleactions. 佔領某些建築物會帶來不同的影響，改變所選擇的職業的行動。
