[[新北市副市長侯友宜]]“委由長庚醫療體系，來協助，來經營，所以他們會把教學醫療的資源，引進到我們的土城來”未來土城醫院，將興建地下5層，地上14層的醫療大樓，共計有1058個病床。

[[長庚行政中心特助蘇輝成]]“(台北)長庚醫院的病人，大概目前大概有將近10%，是來自於新北市週遭這邊的地區，我們為了避免這些病患舟車勞頓，所以才想說就近在這裡參與這個BOT案”市立土城醫院109年7月前會正式營運，除了土城外，包括鄰近的樹林，三峽，鶯歌，將有120萬人，可以受惠。
