※未出貨的訂單才異動，故建議可先將訂單查詢準則設定為「未出貨訂單」。

若取消訂單中部份商品，于「會員專區」-「訂單查詢」-「看完整內容」點入後所查詢之訂單總額不會變更，但實際領貨時，所需付款金額將以您出貨之商品為准。

Fivegroupsofreceiverinformationareprovidedforourmemberstofacilitateyourselectioninthecheckoutprocess.Ifyouwanttosetupcommonlyusedreceiveinformation,pleasegotothe"Settings/Maintenance"of"MyAccount"andselect"Commonlyusedoutletsandreceiverinformation".   選擇「新增常用海外收件位址」新增選單，最多可加入5個海外常用位址。

 Atmost5commonlyusedoverseasaddresscanbeaddedthroughthemenuof"AddingCommonlyUsedOverseasReceiverAddress". 您還可設定編輯順序，于訂購時，將優先選用編輯順序第一順位元的常用位址。

若未設定編輯順序，或設定順序相同時，將優先選用您先新增選單的地址。

 Youcanalsodefinetheeditingsequence,andthesystemwillgiveprioritytothecommonaddressinthefirstpositionofeditingsequencewhenplacingorder.Iftheeditingsequenceisnotdefined,orthesamesequenceisset,theaddressyouaddedfirstwillbepreferred. 設定完成後請記得選擇「儲存變更」才算完成選單異動。

Aftersetting,pleaseremembertoselect"Savechanges"tocompletetheprocess. 若您要移除選單中的收件地址，請勾選「移除」後再選擇「儲存變更」即可 Ifyouwanttodeletesomereceiveraddressfromthemenu,pleasecheck"Delete"andthenselect"Savechanges". 為何包裹內只有出貨清單沒有發票Whyisthereonlypackinglistandnoinvoice? TOP 若會員選擇將商品寄送至海外(無論訂購者是否在台灣，或是否為台灣的公司)，該筆訂單將會開立「零稅率」的發票，博客來必須把此發票繳交給國稅局，及留底備查用，因此寄送至海外的訂單，是不會附上發票的。

但若一直出現此訊息，請先確認網頁安全性是否調整為「中安全性」或「中低安全性」。

若確認過安全性卻仍無法完成訂單，可能是由於您的會員資料有部分為亂碼，因此造成系統無法通過信用卡訂單。
