Restore$5.5billionintaxcreditsanddeductionsforCaliforniabusinesses:Byrestoringbusinesstaxcredits,includingfor researchanddevelopmentand thenetoperatinglossdeductionforbusinessesoneyearearly,thenear-termbenefit forsuchbusinessesisestimatedtoreach$5.5billion.
