8.4belowpriortotheendofthesubscriptionperiod: (a)subjecttoclauses7.3(b)and7.3(c)below,youshallbeentitledtoarefundonaproratabasisofanysubscriptionchargesyouhavepaidinadvance foranycompletemonthsremainingofthesubscriptionperiodatthedateofcancellationbeyondtheMinimumTerm; (b)weshalldeductfromtherefunddueanadministrationfeeof£100,US$150or€150(dependingontherelevantcurrencyofpayment);and (c)ifyouweregrantedanydiscountonthefullvalueofthesubscriptionchargesforthesubscriptionperiod,wemayrecalculatethevalueoftheMinimum 8.1WiththeexceptionofsubscriptionServiceswhereaSubscriberlosesaccessonexpirationoftheirsubscription,useofandaccesstotheSitesand Servicesisnotsubjecttoanyparticulartimelimits. 8.2AsaVisitor,youmaycancelyouraccesstoanduseofanySite(orreceiptofanyrelatedService)ontheseTermsatanytimebydiscontinuingto accessandusethatSiteandassociatedContent. 8.5Wemaycancelyour(and,ifyouareaSubscriber,yourlicensedusers')accesstoanduseofanySiteandContentand/oryourreceiptofanyServiceon theseTerms(including,withoutlimitation,anyregistrationorsubscription)atanytime: (a)ifyouareaRegisteredUser,byemailnoticetoyou;or (b)ifyouareaSubscriber,byemailnoticetoyou;or (c)ifyouareaVisitororifyou(or,ifyouareaSubscriber,anyofyourlicensedusers)commitabreachofanyprovisionoftheseTerms,immediately withoutushavingtoprovidenoticetoyou. 8.6TotheextentthattheSpecificTermsforanysubscriptionentitleyoutodownloadandstorecertainContent,uponcancellationofsuchsubscriptionby eitheryouorus,youagreetodeleteallsuchContentstoredinyourpossessionorunderyourcontrolwithin30daysofcancellation,unlessotherwise agreedwithusinwriting,orasrequiredbyapplicablelaw.Fortheavoidanceofdoubt,whereapplicablelawdoesrequiretheretentionofcertainContent beyondthe30dayperiod,youagreethatitshallonlyberetainedtotheextentrequiredundersuchlawandshallnotbeusedforcommercialpurposes. 10.4YouareresponsibleforthecontentofyourPostedMaterialandyoumaynotwithintheInteractiveAreasorotherwiseinrelationtoaServiceor aSite(including,withoutlimitation,anyemailService),post,publish,linkto,upload,download,send,distribute,useorre-useanyinformationor material: (a)whichisorcouldbetakentobetheprovisionofadvice(including,withoutlimitation,investmentadvice)orarecommendationtobuyorrefrainfrom buyingaparticularInvestmentorwhichhasthepurposeofaffectingthepriceorvalueofanyInvestment; (b)obtainedinbreachofconfidenceorwhichcontainsconfidentialinformationorinfringesanyIntellectualPropertyrightsorrightsofprivacyorother rightsofanythirdparty; (e)whichconstitutesorcontainsavirusorotherharmfulcomponentormalware. 10.5WithoutprejudicetoClause10.4above,youmaynot: (a)useanyInteractiveAreatocarryoutcriminal,fraudulentorillegalactivities; (b)useanyInteractiveAreatoimpersonateanyperson,company,grouporentityormisrepresentarelationshiptoorwithanyofthesame; (c)disguisetheoriginofanymessagepostedinanyInteractiveArea;nor (d)collect,store,discloseorotherwiseprocessanypersonaldatainrelationtoyouruseofanyInteractiveAreawithouttheknowledgeoftherelevant individualorinbreachofapplicabledataprotectionlaws. 10.6Youmustcomplywithanyadditionalruleswhichmay,fromtimetotime,beissuedbyusatparticularsectionsoftheInteractiveAreas,andsuch rulesshallbedeemedincorporatedintotheseTerms. 10.8WereservetherighttoremovePostedMaterialatanytime,foranyreason,andwithoutnotice,includingwithoutlimitationforanyfailuretocomply withtheprovisionsofthisClause10.IfanyPostedMaterialfailstocomplywiththeprovisionsofthisClause10,wereservetherighttopreventyou 1977intheUK(anditsequivalentinanyotherjurisdiction)relatingtotherequirementofreasonableness,theexclusionssetoutinthisClause15shall belimitedinaccordancewithsuchrestrictions.However,anyexclusionsofliabilitythatarenotaffectedbysuchrestrictionsshallremaininfullforce andeffect. WemaymakeamendmentstotheprovisionsoftheseTermsfromtimetotime.AnyamendedTermswillbenotifiedtoyoubybeingpostedontheSitesand
