ThefirstforeignnewsanchoronwhatwasthenknownasCCTV-9wasChrisGelken,whojoinedthechannelfromHongKong'sTVBandpresentedthe30-minutebusinessshow,BizChina.GelkenleftCCTVNewsin2005,andreturnedtoTVBfrom2010to2013.[citationneeded]
